To support a planning application for the redevelopment of the site to provide an 87 bedroom boutique hotel, whilst retaining the existing quantum of office space currently accommodated at the site in order to satisfy Council policy requirements.
Particular consideration was needed with regards to the trip generation impact of the scheme and delivery and servicing arrangements.
RGP were able to interrogate relevant databases to demonstrate that the proposals would not represent a significant impact from a trip generation perspective. RGP also offered post-submission support to advise the client and negotiate with the Council on S106 and S278 requirements.
