RGP were instructed by Premier Inn Whitbread and Endurance Land Ltd to provide highway advice for the proposed demolition of the existing 294 space NCP car park and the redevelopment for a mixed-use building consisting of 3,700 sqm of office space, 180 hotel bedrooms and 400 sqm of retail space.

RGP provided expert witness input at Public Inquiry and assisted with the planning application in preparing a Transport Assessment, Travel Plan as well as a Delivery & Service Management Plan. The proposals provide pedestrian access from Farringdon Road and delivery and service vehicle access from Bowling Green Lane.
